Ansible missing some steps #23

Ansible code does not create a new user with correct username and password. This leads to crontab job for correct is not working.

It also needs to create folder /home/user/log_backup otherwise update script doesnt work.

SOmewhere remind that courses are empty with fresh install so needs to add all courses using postman again.
