A tool that can populate the cache DB (and folders) with all data for a specific date range.

  • Downloading of images and videos should be optional.
  • Option to validate an existing cache and re-download anything thats changed

Probably easiest to do this once the data layer has been refactored out of the main application as part of either #27 or #41
