After ios 8.3, CTTelephonyCenterAddObserver method not working anymore with kCTRegistrationCellChangedNotification and other notification. Could you reverse-headers again for CoreTelephony on ios 8.3. May be we can see whats changed with new version of ios.

Unfortunately I don't have an 8.3 version of CoreTelephony, so I can't take a look. :(

iOS 8.3, the CTCellularDataPlanSetIsEnabled fuction does not work.
