A reflection is we are probably not engaging graduates in this piece of work (based on those who gave their email addresses/grades in feedback). I view this as really important for grads (linking to your GH in interviews is a big bonus) but maybe the nuance is being lost of them? I think there is a grad network, is it worth talking to them direct?
Are their more diverse voices in the campus that could be adding to this?
Have we considered the feedback/template from an accessibility angle?
