Usability Fixes

• Remove expired routes from Route extender
• Create trips
  • not showing public holidays
  • page not refreshed after creation
• CSV trip creation -- use lat-lng to seek stops. if no stop within 10m reject submission
• stop selector popup -- make map bigger
• make add/edit stops faster (library issue)
• restrict editing of stop description to superadmin (?)
• on driver list page, let admin see which vehicle number they keyed in (Not Applicable). Change it to, show the pings on the map for admin view route and monitoring tool the carplate number used.
