Excuse me, if I just want to write a python code to let the car run in straight line in constant speed. How can I do it and where should I put this python file in? assetto corsa/app/python ?

And do you know where is vjoyinterface.dll? I download vjoy but don't see it.

No sure what you tried, but you should try to get the test_client.ipynb running. What do you mean with "open the control"
