When we have reserved keywords used and USE_RESERVED_WORDS enabled, it should apply to the CONSTRAINTS_output.sql as well #1102

I have the reserved keyword "authorization" used in Oracle, so I enabled the USE_RESERVED_WORDS, I also have FILE_PER_CONSTRAINT enabled to have the constraints in a separate file, and some of the columns that are using the keyword "authorization" are being mentioned there, but the USE_RESERVED_WORDS directive is not being taken into account for this file and the word is not being surrounded with quotation marks, thus failing to load the CONSTRAINTS_output.sql file

I have a similar issue (REPLACE_COLS not being taken into account for constraints), did you find a way to fix this?
