[Feature Suggestion] Hide Global tab when instant is not federated

I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for all the hard work you've put into Pixelix. It's an incredible app, and I really appreciate all the effort and dedication you've put into it. The user experience is smooth, and it's clear that a lot of care has gone into making this tool both useful and reliable.

I have a small suggestion that might improve the app further. When using Pixelix in an instant that isn’t federated, it would be great if the Global tab could be hidden or not shown. I think this would help reduce clutter and make the interface more intuitive for users who don’t need that feature in their current setup.

Also, if this change is implemented, don't forget to alter the message that appears when you click the "?" button, so it reflects the updated interface.

Thanks again for your amazing work, and I look forward to seeing how Pixelix evolves in the future!
