failed to setup the adls2 resource when using adls on https://xxxxxx.dfs.core.chinacloudapi.cn/

What's the issue?

I have a adls2 account on core.chinacloudapi.cn, but i can not tell the dagster to use EndpointSuffix as core.chinacloudapi.cn, when it setup, this error accoured.

azure.core.exceptions.ServiceRequestError: <urllib3.connection.HTTPSConnection object at 0x7f7f2801ecb0>: Failed to resolve 'xxxxxx.blob.core.windows.net' ([Errno -2] Name or service not known)

What did you expect to happen?

the resource can be setup
