Integrate MITRE ATT&CK ICS and Mobile into D3FEND Ontology

This issue proposes that we extend the D3FEND ontology to include mappings and representations for the MITRE ATT&CK ICS and MITRE ATT&CK Mobile frameworks. Incorporating these additions enhances our coverage of adversary techniques and corresponding defensive mitigations in both industrial control systems and mobile platforms.

• Write a script to import MITRE ATT&CK ICS from a STIX file.
• Write a script to import MITRE ATT&CK Mobile from a STIX file.
• Update the d3fend Makefile to run the ICS and Mobile import scripts.
• Extend the ontology to represent tactics and techniques for ICS and Mobile domains.
