Refactoring errata?: d3f:OperatingSystem definition inconsistent with direct parent class. #312

The current definition of 'Operating System' states it "...is system software..." The parent class of OS is currently 'Digital Information Bearer'

So either definition needs a change or the class should be a direct or indirect specialization of d3f:Software.
