Feature request description

This may already be there, but I was unable to find it. Is it possible to add the --with-x-toolkit option to the build process?
Unless --with-x-toolkit=gtk3 is specified it defaults to the old gtk2. Emacs 29, also runs nicely with the pgdk toolkit
