Updating Dependencies to Newer Versions

First, I'd like to thank the authors for designing such an incredible architecture.

However, I noticed several dependencies, such as torch, mmcv, and others, are on older versions. I was wondering if the authors have plans to update the codebase to support newer versions of these dependencies.
