which links to

The last build recorded on that page is from 8 months ago.
Since there is a Percy badge in README I would expect that Percy is active and recording.
Check if Percy should be enabled.
If it is expected to be enabled, then enable it
OTHERWISE
Remove the Percy badge from the README.
If there is no long-term plan to re-enable Percy, then remove the Percy components from the repo.

I checked the badge and it now leads to https://percy.io/cypress-io/cypress-realworld-app/builds/30711566 from yesterday, so that looks good!
