JCenter Shutdown and Adblock Deprecation

The adblock module was originally hosted on JCenter, but recently JCenter permanently shut down after being in a deprecated and read-only state for several years. Many packages that were hosted there were not migrated to JCenter's successor, and are now completely inaccessible through any other mainstream maven repository.

The adblock module and circularprogressbar both were affected. Circularprogressbar has other versions listed on other repositories, and switching the version should be farily easy. Adblock, on the other hand, has no other versions on any sites; there is no way to reliably download it anymore.

It still should be possible to build the adblock module manually, but the repository hasn't been updated in over three years, relies on rather outdated build tools, and as you mentioned in issue #128 , definitely needs some attention.
