Describe the bug
Our current CI tests fail, see for instance https://github.com/cta-observatory/nectarchain/actions/runs/9791591312/job/27035698236?pr=119.

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

Supporting information
This is presumably due to a too recent version of scipy deployed in CI, as scipy.sparse.csr_matrix.A is deprecated after version 0.11.
