poetry lock fails for example surprise_trip

By just cloning the project inside a vanilla python:3.12 docker container, installing poetry and trying to run poetry lock, I get this error:

$ poetry lock
Updating dependencies
Resolving dependencies... (1.4s)

Because surprise-travel depends on install (^1.3.5) which doesn't match any versions, version solving failed.
