Add a section about microshift preset

As of now we don't have anything in our doc about microshift preset so user wonders what they have to do once started with microshift preset. We should have following content

• What is microshift => link would be enough
• Why it is different from openshift => link would be enough
• play around with it
  • Create a sample app
  • Create route of the app and run it.

I've created PR to add some clarification about various supported presets.

Next step would be to have sections in Getting started to have complete workflow for creating the cluster and deploying the application using all supported presets.

This part should be covered by #20 that includes getting started guides for OpenShift, OKD and MicroShift
