I have a Sony smartphone model H8324 (Xperia XZ2 Compact), with currently Android 10 OS

I had installed the Coronalert app when it first appeared, and it did work. But since an upgrade a couple of months ago, the app stopped working. I uninstalled it, but could not reinstall it again from the Google Play Store.

I get a warning in the Google Play Store that the app cannot run on my device:
