Viewing Example Spectra from a Lipid Library
Spectrum Generator allows users to view the in-silico spectral entries for a given lipid library generated using LipiDex. Spectra are generated in tabular form with masses and relative intensities displayed.

Open Spectrum Generator

In the "Library Chooser" window, select the desired library and click "Choose Library"

Select the lipid class from the "Choose lipid class" dropdown menu.

Select the appropriate fatty acids from the "Choose fatty acids" dropdown menu.

Click "Generate Spectrum"

The intact precursor mass and the spectrum mass and intensities appear in the table below.
