Solution to issue cannot be found in the documentation.

Issue

Per issue NCAR/wrf-python#207 there's a bug in the current version of numpy (1.24.3) that's impacting WRF-Python releases on conda-forge.

Closing since the bug was address in 1.25.0 which has now been released.
