Solution to issue cannot be found in the documentation.

I checked the documentation.

Issue

Triton should not rely on CONDA_PREFIX and instead locate required files based on the location of installed files.

CONDA_PREFIX is not guaranteed to be set in all execution environments, so it is unsafe to use.

I think that's resolved the new patches for 3.1.0.
