Issue

The conda-forge/pytorch-gpu 2.4.1 package for the linux-64 platform seems to lack a python 3.10, CUDA 12.0 build:

https://anaconda.org/conda-forge/pytorch-gpu/files?version=2.4.1

This combination does exists for CUDA 11.8. Could this combination be added?

Presumably there were some hash collisions in the wrapper package, causing only one or the other variant to be uploaded. However, pytorch itself has the complete set, so you can just install pytorch =2.4.1=cuda120* as a workaround.
