Reward for starting the next auction

When the daily auction ends, someone needs to call a transaction to settle the auction and start the next auction. Since this goes on behind the scenes, most people don't realize that it's necessary. But if no one remembers to do it, it can significantly delay the start of the next auction.

One potential solution to this is to offer a small reward to whoever presses the button. With a relatively small reward, we could be very confident that the button will be pressed almost immediately after the auction ends.

Alternatively, the org could simply fund a Gelato bot or similar to execute the transaction immediately.
