Angular compatibility for Collabocate GitHubSync plugin library

Issue description

Collabocate GitHubSync currently only supports or works in React or Nextjs apps. We want to extend usage of the plugin library to angular apps too.

Expected behavior

Collabocate GitHubSync should instead be installable as npm package, and usable for angular apps also.
