Redesign Collabo Community mobile app navigation bar

Issue description

Redesign the Collabo Community Mobile app navigation bar, we want to make it more detailed with text and icon added to the nav bar.

Expected results

In the Cleanup Space page of the develop design space:

• The Collabo Community mobile app navigation bar will have text and icon as a focus using primary blue as the background color and white as the text and icon color while other icons have a neutral grey color.
• Based on the changes earlier made to the style guide, the Collabo Community Mobile App navigation bar should also follow the Building Blocks framework guidelines.
