I like the monocle documentation layout and style that you have used. Was it was generated using RMarkdown? I am curious as to what theme/style you have used to generate this html document? Especially the floating TOC.

It's the flatly theme with customised CSS.

Any clue how to get the TOC to list other pages as well? Don't know of any frameworks that give options to place site-wide links on a floating TOC, not just headers within the selected page.
