Allow large organizations to enter multiple projects

Create a project matrix that can be given to larger organizations (that have several projects), so they can fill their information in quickly without needing to submit an individual form for each one. This matrix ideally should have the ability to plug right into the map with minimal reformatting from the administrator.

We need to answer:

• Is this multiple locations for a single project and only one detail page?
• For each of these will they have their own detail page?
