2 - Feature Req: Set channel description - in parts

I was in another discord server that had channel descriptions I hadn't seen before.

I think it'd be really interesting if we could have a command for people in the champion role and above to set parts of a channel's description.

• Project: Short Description of project so people joining can understand it. Elevator pitch.
• Stack: List of technology stack.
• Champion: Discord name of project leads.
• Help Needed: Short list of skills needed.

The idea being you could say "!set -Project IdeaLab is a 3D printing queue for the Denver Public Library" and it would set that part of the description but not overwrite the rest.
