What about duplicate names or emails???

Right now the email attribute exists both on Surveyor and User. So this is a ticket about making sure these are in sync. We might want to simply have only the User provide the email and then make an accessor on the Surveyor.

Also noting presently we don't have a unique constraint on Surveyor emails but we do for User.
