As many recorded videos are added in the cms but many users are not able to notify us that a new video has been added we can add a notification system that sends mail to users to inform user that a new Video has been added

@hkirat and @Shu12388y I think it requires third party notification service such as Twilio and third party workflow automation tool like Zapier to send out the notification when the trigger is newly added video. I'll try to do that, can I work on this issue?
