youtube que system is preaty bad, here are some ideas on improving it.

i think the first step would be to make an option to add it too far more menus, main ones being the notification menu (giving the notification menu some love would be nice its pretty depressing I'm its current state

) that way its easy to add it. next, I think it would be nice to add an option to make the menu different in some way from the playlist as it might get confusing although I don't think its to Important here a mockup/ simple idea for it.

forgot to mention it might be nice to make it a global thing, if you add something to your queue on another tab it doesn't translate.

maybe you have more specs by now or can even make any pull request

of course we dont rely on youtube and the feature might be unpopular on youtube,
so we can also make a global video watchlist / que (for youtube & all videos).

that does sound interesting, i guess you could just store the que as a cookie, or as a playlist and the rest would just be simple logic/ui? not one to do wd much. i guess ill mess around and see what i can do.

Regarding this "global video watchlist / que (for youtube & all videos)":

This global function could work in a couple ways (maybe have both as two separate functions):

1. Button to "Create Playlist of YouTube Tabs" in the tab order they are in and then open a new tab with them as a playlist (exclude any open playlists).
2. Button to "Batch Play Youtube Tabs" so that the system waits until the current tab is done playing and then it jumps to the previous tab and plays this one.

I have a lot of tabs of videos open sometimes in the background (they stay on unpaused) and it would be great if I didn't have to create a playlist for them and could just have them all play one by one. This would definitely save me the time of having to stop what I am doing (exercising) and then come back to the computer and go to previous tab and hit play.

There is actually a chrome extension that does the functionality at a very simple level currently.
But yes, a tab manager may make sense to do this but this is only with Youtube so maybe not.
