Check for LF trademark footer for all CNCF project website

All project sites should have this footer

e.g., https://prometheus.io/

For now I think the check can be simple and simply just look for this URL: https://www.linuxfoundation.org/trademark-usage

Does this check cover the TRADEMARKS check requested in #33 or this is independent of the trademark transfer to the foundation?

The TRADEMARKS file should be independent, we don't really use that much at all right now but will probably change that The footer on the website is widely used and needs to be checked for on the website

We've added temporarily this check to the best practices section as we are doing some design changes to accommodate the new Legal category. We'll move it to the new one as soon as it's ready.

(project card possible new look with 5 rows instead of 2 rows and 2 columns)
