Auto-Processing :: Where am I going wrong?

Hosting Background:

• Proxmox, with NGX and AI deployed using community PVE Scripts (https://community-scripts.github.io/ProxmoxVE/)).
• Both running latest versions.
• NGX reads documents from an SMB share, which is working fine as I add new docs.
• API keys for AI to NGX working, as it spots new un-processed documents.
• API keys for OpenAI working, as I can use AI console to chat with, and analyse documents in paperless-aI chat and playground.
• I have an OpenAI account, with credit remaining.

Issue
I have 5 x "Unprocessed" docs in the Paperless-AI console. I click "scan now", and leave it for an hour, nothing happens.
If I add documents to NGX, they appear in the "Unprocessed" Paperless-AI console, but are never automatically processed.
Automatic processing is set, as per the attached image.

Question
What am I doing wrong?!? [I'm not raising this as an issue, as I'm sure this is down to my setup!]

Are these 5 unprocessed all the documents you have or did it do some processing for other documents?

Yeah but I wanted to know if they are just these 5 documents or did paperless ai process other documents.

ahh sorry. I deployed this yesterday, these are the only documents I have thrown at paperless-ai. So far, it has not automatically processed any/these documents.

Can you show me a full log from the docker container?

ahh ok. I think I can see the issue in the logs (sorry - I assumed history was surfacing logs). There is an error, pasted below:

[ERROR] Failed to get own user ID. Abort scanning.

I need to work out if this relates to the UserID in NGX, or OpenAI.

Fixed! The userID relates to the NGX userID, and the parameter is case sensitive. I've made the change and the test docs are being processed now. Thank you!
