Reprocess

Hi!

Awesome project. I was wondering what would be the easiest way to reprocess documents? Removing paperless-ai (my pre tag) tag then adding it back won't run again.

Have you ever looked into "History"? 😅😇

I use the "paperless-ai" tag to initialize processing, and my brain told me to remove and then re-add the tag to the document to trigger reprocessing. While this doesn’t happen often, I might make changes to the fields, system, or something else and want to rerun a batch to recollect data from AI. Is that something you could look into?

No sorry, that solution is far from useful for the mainstream user. Additionally it would be huuuuge to implement such a logic as the app has to keep track of every change made in paperless-ngx to recognize that.
