existing Tags are not beeing used and put inconsistent

Hi,
i yesterday tried paperless-ai out and i am kinda pleased with the date, correspondend and type.
The tags it self are also not bad so to say but my issue is that its not consistent between documents. Lets say i have 4 payslips which are bascially identical (other then the amounts).

The first one is already processed with 3 tags i set myself:

1. work, companyname, salary

The first two AI Processed ones now will get the Ai generated tags:
3. Payment, June 2024, Payslip, MyName
4. Payment, July 2024, Payslip, MyName

Now the next one is again different:
5. Payroll accounting, May 2024, accounting, MyName

I told it in the promt:

For tags:
- FIRST check the existing tags before suggesting new ones, prefer existing ones 

But somehow its not liking that.

How you guys tackle that? Its kinda bad so to say if i have 20 payslips and got all mixed up tags for those

Update: So i specifically told in the prompt to sum up similar types and tags:

Additional:

    -Merge similar keywords. For example, instead of using different document types like "Lohnabrechnung," "Entgeltabrechnung," "Gehaltsabrechnung," etc., use a general term to avoid too many different tags and document types. In this case, simply use "Lohnabrechnung."
    -A payroll statement has nothing to do with health or insurance.

This now works better but still not 100%. Im unsure of if i should "untag" all my 250 existing documents and let the AI handle it. Even more since i now only did some specific request for Payslips. Other types i didnt tried at all yet.
