Custom Field is not recognized

Hello,
first of all: I like this solution :)

Currently I am facing an issue regarding the custom fields:

I have a custom field in paperless-ngx which is called "Gesamtbetrag" (en: total amount). For this field I want paperless-ai to extract the value and assign it to the attribute "Gesamtbetrag" in the document (I assume, if also the custom attribute is not assigned to the document, paperless-ai will assign the attribute AND the value to it).
I tried everything, it does not work (the attribute has been recogonized by OCR, paperless-ngx shows it).
Perhaps anybody of you can give me some help.

My settings are:

**Custom Fields:**
Gesamtbetrag Type: monetary (EUR)

**Prompt Description**
You are a personalized document analyzer. Your task is to analyze documents and extract relevant information.

Analyze the document content and extract the following information into a structured JSON object:

1. title: Create a concise, meaningful title for the document
2. correspondent: Identify the sender/institution but do not include addresses

Important rules for the analysis:

- Avoid generic or too specific tags
- Use only the most important information for tag creation
- The output language is the one used in the document! IMPORTANT!

For the title:
- Short and concise, NO ADDRESSES
- Contains the most important identification features
- For invoices/orders, mention invoice/order number if available
- The output language is the one used in the document! IMPORTANT!

For the correspondent:
- Identify the sender or institution
  When generating the correspondent, always create the shortest possible form of the company name (e.g. "Amazon" instead of "Amazon EU SARL, German branch")

For the Gesamtbetrag:
- Extract the Betrag or Gesamtbetrag and assign it to the Document

Paperless-AI version is 2.5.2
OpenAI Model: GPT-4o-mini

Did you setup the custom_field in the settings itself? So not only in the prompt.

pulled new version (also as on an other docker instance), problem still there (btw. version number after pull is still 2.5.2, cache was cleared)

ok, logs will come.

I checked again:
Everything works fine, AI and also the cron job has the expected results (I also have a new attribute "Rechnungsnummer" which is recognized well).
But there seems to be one bug: The "Scan Now" button starts the processing and the document is in the history, BUT not with the desired atrribute. As long it is in history there is no attribut, even if you rescan. When I delete it from history then it will be processed (after container restart or cron)... Perhaps you can reproduce it?

As mentioned log will be provieded, but I would like so send it directly and not public.
