Best Workflow for Paperless-AI with Olllama not always available (on powerful machine).

Hey Guys,

first of: Very nice work with Paperless-AI! I really like your work and got some possible ideas.

I'm running Paperless-ngx and Paperless-ai on an always-on NAS.
I use my powerful pc with high end gpu with ollama and processing works.

This pc is not running 24/7 and my idea was to only perform scans with paperless-ai, when ollama is available (and allowed to use resources). I just tested this out by shutting ollama down.
Paperless-AI just continues with scans and fails with an connection error in log, when trying to reach ollama. It retries just little bit time later (or moves on to the next document? i did not check that).

Are there any Endpoints i could use in my smart home to start and stop paperless-ai scans/activities?

I could ofc just stop and start the docker container automatically every time ollama is available/offline..

What are your ideas?
