Correspondent often recognize myself

I‘m using phi4 and the model often recognizes me as correspondent. Is there a good way to change the prompt in a way, it is not using the document owner as correspondent, but the other party. I use the standard example prompt at the moment.

• It ALWAYS applies: "Name", "Name2" can NEVER be the correspondent! If these names are in the sender, then choose the recipient. If these names are in the recipient, then use the sender.
