[Prio low / tbd] paperless-ai uses same port as Gotenberg #137

I rethink about this issue right now. Normally there wont be a problem, as you can set the exposed port yourself. As paperless-ai runs in its own virtual network in docker there wont be a conflict internally, externally you can define it by just changing it? |

As I said, no issue for me, but not sure how it turns out, when unexperienced Users show up. |

I agree that the 3000 ought to default to something else. I came here specifically to see if anyone else had run into it. I'll be setting paperless-ai up next to my existing paperless-ngx installation, and so I will need to change the port. I've been excited to see this project grow from when it was shared on Reddit. I think it is still very early in the project and a switch from 3000 is advisable for going forward. Maybe 3300? 3030? 2999? |

Gotenberg (https://github.com/gotenberg/gotenberg) is often used in paperlessNGX setups to import other file formats than PDF (XLSX, DOCX, HTML, ...).
By default, Gotenberg uses the same port (3000) as paperless-ai.
I know that changing the port shouldn't be a problem for the user, but inexperienced users could be overwhelmed by it.
Maybe we want to change the default port for paperless-ai?
