Save settings even though the test failed

Configuring Paperless-ai requires a few moving parts to be setup and running. When you are having trouble and need to go work on one of the external pieces and come back to the config you are required to setup the config all over again. Personally I still have not goten any external AI engines to work. But every time I go back to to try something I have to start from scratch, and or print out what my settings were. Keys are a nightmare.

The Save button refusing to save if not all tests are passed is maddening. The system needs to save the config as entered even if it does not function so users can go back and tweak without being required to start from scratch.

I dont know what you mean?

First of all your wish to accept all values without checking does not give an benefits, instead it creates much more frustration when the user have to check the container logs to get a hint where a problem is!
So this is an absolutly no for me.....

Second, if you try to setup/or edit settings, hit save and there is a problem then nothing will be cleared. Everything you have entered is still available or just stop closing your tab?

Third I dont know what users want to "tweak" regarding the API Keys or the Ollama URL, what can be tweaked there aside from the prompt of course.
