Language Cocopa has the value Ultimate on 14A Fixed Stress Locations, so it must have the value Fixed stress (no weight-sensitivity) on 15A Weight-Sensitive Stress but it's unvalued. It must get a value for 16A: Weight Factors in Weight-Sensitive Stress Systems, but it's unpredictable inferentially.
