Release 0.18

Hi, I was debugging a problem of env vars not being set in one of my services and realized that the last tag (0.17) doesn't include the change that reads the config values from env vars.

For now I will use a specific commit for my deployments, however the docs do say that for production deployments one should use the last tagged version.

Is there a planned date for the 0.18 tag? It would be great to have that change (reading from env vars) "released".
