Hi,

We have a working 2.10 version of the QA plugin and it is also compatible with 2.11.
master...qld-gov-au:ckanext-qa:develop

I'd like to cherry pick parts to bring upstream as well as drop the legacy modules for more modern alternatives.

Could the qld-gov-au team (@duttonw, @ThrawnCA ) be able to gain write access to this repo as nothing has moved in the last 6+ months)
