feat: auto re-bid if outbid (even if other new cards appear in search)

Describe the Feature Request

Currently the bot will not rebid on it if you get outbid when it finds new cards in the search - it just removes it from targets. It would be nice for it to be able to re-bid up to a set price if you get outbid rather than the bot just removing from targets regardless of newer cards found.

Describe the Use Case

So you set you max price to (e.g) 1000. The bot finds a card and bids the minimum (e.g. 500). someone then outbids you to push it to 550. The bot then bids again to 600. This process repeats until either you win the card or it goes to 1100 and it then removes it from targets. While continuing to bid on new cards too.
