Test Docker image for customers

We need to test the existing docker image to see if it runs on a variety of host machines. We will also want to create a readme that shows how to set up and use the docker image instead of having to install on a dedicated machine.

Acceptance criteria:
We can run the docker container on windows and linux at least. There is a README that shows the customer how to use the docker image and how to connect to it with clients.

We now have docker ubuntu 22.04 and 24.04 installs.
The customer can use this to try out the software with a single command.
We can also put it into our pipeline and make sure the installs work on the two operating systems supported.

I have been testing this on:
Windows with a wsl ubuntu docker backend.
Windows with a ubuntu hypervisor in Virtualbox
Wsl on windows.
So far it is building for all.
I had to harden the install and post install ansible scripts which I have shared with Mikey.
I did try an install on Macos and it failed. I haven't debugged why.
I am going to install in an azure windows container with docker to see if that will work as well.

Testing now to see how we can connect remotely to the service. We can get to elasticsearch but fleet is showing no server installed.

Able to see the fleet server in the elasticsearch now. Still the agents need a different hostname to be registered.
