Command Line Interface

I would like a command line interface to interact with cider through.

The main reason is because I would like to be able to see the song that is playing in my conky widget.

Here are the features that it would have:

• seeing the current song details (preferably with custom formatting)
• playback controls (skip, fast forward, rewind, previous, pause/play)

And also potentially:

• play songs using a URL or ID
• play playlists
• create radio

I feel like this is something that can be utilised by the community in many different ways, and would boost the popularity of cider among users who like to tinker.
