Loading

PouchDB to store all of the parking spots, and map tiles so that they can load offline

Investigate whether to use: https://github.com/nolanlawson/pouchdb-phonegap-cordova or https://github.com/Microsoft/cordova-plugin-indexedDB

Make sure that this works with browser, android and ios
