error while compiling

every time i try to compile my game it not work and says this:

Error: EPERM: operation not permitted, unlink 'C:\Users\Norma\AppData\Local\Temp_gbstools\gbdk\bin\lcc.exe'

i try to go to that direction but its not a file i restart my system but its not working neither tell me whats going on or
dont know how to make my games pls.
