The FSM in src/mci/rtl/mci_lcc_st_trans.sv should be updated. TRANSLATOR_PROD_DEBUG state's else case should be updated. TRANSLATOR_MANUF_DEBUG assignment should be replaced with TRANSLATOR_PROD_DEBUG.
